摘要
根据混凝土这种多元多相水泥基复合材料特点提出科学合理设计混凝土配合比的原则,即应由水泥基胶结材浆体体积、空气体积与砂、石体积组成配合比,并着重论述水泥基胶结材浆体的设计配制方法以及按堆积密实原则设计砂、石量的方法。在对堆积密实型连续级配进一步研究中,将国内外常用的两种连续级配计算式,针对混凝土拌合物稠度类型,增加为五种计算式;并明确每种稠度类型的石子量基本稳定在一定量值上;以及不论哪种类型混凝土,其砂率均必然随胶结材浆体量变化而改变的规律。从而将国内一向以砂率为主要设计参数的混凝土配合比设计方法改变为以胶结材浆体量与石子量为主要参数的设计方法。
According to the characteristics of concrete which composes of multi- components and multi- phases cement-based composite, the author proposes a new concept for designing more reasonably mix propor- tion of concrete, i.e., to formulate the summation of the volumes of cement paste, air, sand and gravel, among these, emphasizing the design of cement-based cementing paste and aggregates proportion in term of compact- hess-deposit principle. The study of continuous compaetness-deposit grading has lead to extend the fullers for- mulae to five ones aiming at deferent density of concrete mixture. It is definite that every kind of density has basically a stable gravel amount, but the sand rate must be changed along with the amount of cementing paste no matter what kind of concrete. Therefore, the popular domestic design method of concrete mix proportion, which makes the sand ratio as the major parameter, has been ehanged into the new one of making the paste and gravel amount as the major parameters.
