摘要
该研究针对反弧段二衬混凝土表面气泡与水泡缺陷,系统评估了混凝土材料优化、脱模剂和透水模板布改进措施的效果。试验结果表明,采用优质天然砂及消泡型减水剂对改善外观作用有限,采用高流态混凝土虽能缩小气泡孔径,但数量未见显著减少。在脱模剂应用方面,长效脱模剂可使缺陷面积减少70%及以上,而色拉油基与水性脱模剂改善幅度为40%~50%。传统、低孔径加厚透水模板布虽可消除气孔缺陷,却引发鱼鳞状色差问题;而经光面柔化改性后的新型透水模板布,成功实现反弧段混凝土表面零气泡、零水泡且无色差的目标。
This study systematically evaluated the effectiveness of concrete material optimization,release agent improvement,and permeable formwork modification in addressing surface blistering and bubbling defects of inverted-arch secondary lining concrete.Experimental results indicate that while the use of high-quality natural sand and anti-foaming water reducer yielded limited appearance improvement,and high-fluidity concrete could reduce bubble diameter,the bubble quantity reduction remained insignificant.For release agents,long-acting formulations achieved≥70%defect area reduction,while salad oil-based and water-based agents provided 40%-50%improvement.Though conventional low-porosity thickened permeable formwork eliminated porosity defects,it caused fish-scale chromatic aberration.However,surface-softened modified permeable formwork successfully achieved zero bubbles,zero blisters,and no chromatic aberration on the inverted-arch concrete surface.
