摘要
目的分析护士层级联合授权管理对泌尿外科护士护理质量及自我学习能力的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2024年8月寿光市人民医院泌尿外科23名护士作为研究对象,2022年1月—2023年3月实施传统管理设为传统组,2023年4月—2024年8月实施护士层级联合授权管理设为层级授权组。比较两组护士护理质量、自我学习能力、职业价值感、护理差错发生率。结果层级授权组护士护理质量均比传统组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。层级授权组自我学习能力总分(147.62±13.62)分比传统组(128.11±10.73)分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.396,P<0.05)。层级授权组职业价值感各维度评分及总分均比传统组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。层级授权组出现的护理差错有护理文书书写错误1起;传统组出现的护理差错有给药不及时2起、消毒隔离不彻底1起突发事件未及时处理1起。结论护士层级联合授权管理可有效提高泌尿外科护士护理质量、自我学习能力及职业价值感,降低护理差错发生风险,管理效果显著。
Objective To analyze the influence of nurse hierarchical joint empowerment management on the nursing quality and self-learning ability of urology nurses.Methods Twenty-three nursing staff members from the Department of Urology of Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Those who implemented traditional management from January 2022 to March 2023 were set as the traditional group,and those who implemented nurse hierarchical joint empowerment management from April 2023 to August 2024 were set as the hierarchical authorization group.The nursing quality,self-learning ability,professional value perception and incidence of nursing errors of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The nursing quality scores of nurses in the hierarchical authorization group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total score of self-learning ability in the hierarchical authorization group was 147.62±13.62,which was higher than 128.11±10.73 in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(t=5.396,P<0.05).The scores of each dimension and the total score of professional value perception in the hi-erarchical authorization group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Among the nursing errors in the hierarchical authorization group,there was one case of incorrect writing of nursing documents.The nursing errors in the traditional group included 2 cases of untimely drug administra-tion,1 case of incomplete disinfection and isolation,and 1 case of failure to handle emergencies in a timely manner.Conclusion The hierarchical joint empowerment management of nurses can effectively improve the nursing quality,self-learning ability and professional value sense of urology nurses,reduce the risk of nursing errors,and the manage-ment effect is remarkable.
