摘要
目的探讨ICU护士批判性思维能力与自主学习能力的关系,为护理管理者培训和提高ICU护士批判性思维能力与自主学习能力提供依据。方法采用中文版批判性思维意向问卷(CCTDI)和护理人员自主学习能力评价量表,对5所三级甲等医院145名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果ICU护士批判性思维得分为287.88±23.52,自主学习能力得分为137.27±10.08;批判性思维能力与自主学习能力呈正相关(r=0.565,P<0.01)。结论ICU护士具有正性批判性思维,自主学习能力较强,相互正性影响,护理管理者可在较高水准层面制订ICU护士培养计划,以进一步提高其素质。
Objective To explore the relationship between critical thinking ability and self-directed competence of ICU nurses and to provide reference for nursing managers in an attemp to improve ICU nurses' critical thinking ability and cultivate self-directed com- petence of nurses. Methods A total of 145 ICU nurses of five hospitals were investigated by using Chinese Version of the California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CCTDI) and Scale of Self-directed Learning Competence. Results ICU nurses scored 287.88±23.52 points averagely in critical thinking ability, and 137.27±10. 08 in self-directed learning competence; nurses' critical thinking ability was positively correlated with self-directed learning competence(r=0.565, P〈0.01). Conclusion ICU nurses have good critical thinking ability and good self-directed learning competence, and the two skills are acting on each other. Managers should make a high-level training program in an effort to improve ICU nurses' comprehensive ability.
