摘要
目的探究医院质量控制过程中运用三级护理质量管理模式进行管理的价值。方法评估该院在2023年1月开始将三级护理质量管理模式运用到医院质量控制的前后1年,护理质量改善情况以及医护人员、患者护理满意度。结果对比管理前后护理质量,基础护理、优质护理、消毒隔离、护理文书、护理安全维度评分,管理后均高于管理前(P<0.05)。比较护理满意度,医护人员满意度、患者满意度,管理后均高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论医院在进行质量控制过程中开展三级护理质量管理模式,可以提升护理质量,并增加医护人员、患者对各方面护理工作满意度。
Objective To explore the value of using a three-level nursing quality management model in the process of hospital quality control.Methods Evaluate the improvement of nursing quality as well as the nursing satisfaction of medical staff and patients in the hospital before and after one year of applying the three-level nursing quality management model to the hospital's quality control,which the hospital began to implement in January 2023.Results Comparing the nursing quality before and after management,the scores of basic nursing,high-quality nursing,disinfection and isolation,nursing documents,and nursing safety dimensions were all higher after management than before(P<0.05).Analysis showed that nursing satisfact ion,medical staff satisfaction,and patient satisfaction were all higher after management than before(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a three-level nursing quality management model in the process of quality control in hospitals can improv e nursing quality and increase the satisfaction of medical staff and patients with various aspects of nursing work.
