摘要
目的分析并评价在血液科护理管理中运用精细化管理的效果,为后续血液科患者护理提供有力的参考依据。方法选择牡丹江医学院附属第二医院血液科2020年5月—2023年7月收治的患者80例作为此次的研究对象,将患者统一编号后,随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组给予常规管理措施,观察组在以上基础上给予精细化管理措施,采用自制依从性调查表评价2组患者依从性,采用满意度调查表评价2组患者满意度,采用健康调查简表评价患者的生活质量评分。结果观察组的治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度分别为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的护理不良事件发生率分别为2.50%,低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在血液科护理管理中运用精细化管理的效果显著,可以有效提高患者治疗依从性、提高患者护理满意度、降低患者不良反应发生率,在改善患者生活质量方面更加明显。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of applying fine management in the nursing management of hematology department,and provide a strong reference for the follow-up nursing of hematology department patients.Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to the department of hematology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University from May 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.After unified numbering,they were divided into two groups with random number,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional management measures,while those in the observation group were given refined management measures on the basis of the above.A self-made compliance questionnaire was used to evaluate the compliance of patients in the two groups,a satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of patients in the two groups,and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients before and after the intervention.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than the 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than the control group's 15.00%(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management in hematology nursing management has a significant effect,which can effectively improve patient treatment compliance,improve patient nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,more significant improvement in patient quality of life.
