公路桥梁免型钢伸缩装置结构与材料性能研究 被引量:2

Research on Structural and Material Properties of Non-Shaped Steel Expansion Joints for Highway Bridges

摘要 设计了一种用于公路桥梁伸缩缝快速维修的免型钢伸缩装置,装置采用弹性混凝土作为填充材料取代传统型钢式伸缩缝的锚固区混凝土和型钢,采用挤塑板和高分子密封剂取代传统型钢式伸缩缝的橡胶条,并利用有限元软件进行了力学特性分析。结果表明:荷载轮迹边缘位于免型钢伸缩缝及桥面铺装层交界线部位时,免型钢伸缩装置的剪应力和拉应力均达到最大值,伸缩装置厚度的推荐值为150mm;弹性混凝土的抗压强度达到了50 MPa,高温下的动稳定度达到了62500次/mm,抗弯强度达到18 MPa,最大抗弯应变达到5335με,具有十分优异的力学性能;免型钢伸缩装置适用于公路桥梁的快速维修,缩短工期的同时降低了全寿命周期内的工程总成本。 In order to provide new ideas for the rapid repair of highway bridge expansion joints,a nonshaped steel expansion device has been designed,which uses elastic concrete as the filling material,replacing the traditional steel expansion joint's anchorage area concrete and steel,employing extruded boards and polymer sealants to replace the rubber strips of traditional steel expansion joints.Finite element software has been utilized to analyze its mechanical characteristics.The results indicate that when the load wheel trace edge is located at the interface between the non-shaped steel expansion joint and the bridge deck pavement layer,both the shear stress and tensile stress of the non-shaped steel expansion device reach their maximum values.The recommended thickness for the expansion device is 150 mm;the compressive strength of the high-strength resin concrete reaches 5o MPa,the dynamic stability under high temperatures reaches 62500 cycles/mm,the curved strength reaches 18 MPa,and the maximum bending strain reaches 5335μe,demonstrating exceptional mechanical properties.The non-shaped steel expansion device is suitable for rapid repair of highway bridges,reducing construction time while lowering the total life cycle cost of the project.
