基于多目标灰靶模型的树脂混凝土集料适配性研究

摘要 为解决传统伸缩缝易损坏、养护频繁等问题,以高韧性树脂混凝土无缝伸缩缝为研究对象,选取玄武岩、石灰岩、辉绿岩和天然砾石四种常用集料,系统开展了车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验及冻融劈裂试验,分析不同集料对树脂混凝土高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性的影响。在此基础上,结合经济性指标,引入多目标加权灰靶决策模型对四种集料的综合适应性进行量化评价。结果表明,四种集料制备的树脂混凝土均能满足规范要求,性能整体均衡;在等权条件下,石灰岩因成本优势和较高水稳定性综合得分最高,其次为玄武岩和天然砾石,辉绿岩综合性能相对略低。对无缝伸缩缝树脂混凝土的集料优选及工程应用具有重要的意义。 To address the issues of traditional expansion joints prone to damage and frequent maintenance,this paper examines seamless expansion joints made of high-toughness resin concrete.Four commonly used aggregates,basalt,limestone,diabase,and natural gravel,were selected for research.Rutting tests,low-temperature bending tests,submerged Marshall tests,and freeze-thaw splitting tests were systematically conducted to analyze the effects of different aggregates on the high-temperature stability,low-temperature cracking resistance,and water stability of the resin concrete.Furthermore,a multi-objective weighted grey target decision model,combined with economic indicators,was introduced to quantitatively evaluate the comprehensive adaptability of the four aggregates.The results show that the resin concrete prepared with all four aggregates meets regulatory requirements and exhibits balanced overall performance.Under equal weighting conditions,limestone achieved the highest overall score due to its cost advantage and high water stability,followed by basalt and naturl gravel,with diabase having a relatively low overall performance.This research finding is of great significance for the optimal selection and engineering application in resin concrete for seamless expansion joints.
