摘要
分析并总结了液体、气体、蒸汽、气液两相等不同相态介质的控制阀流量系数在标准条件下和实际安装条件下的计算方案并形成计算书。以该方案为基础,开展了控制阀口径校核研究,整理出一套校核流程,并结合工艺设计和开发过程中的实际案例,对如何选出符合设计工况的流量系数和控制阀口径进行了详细论述,该方案对流程工业中控制阀计算选型具有借鉴意义。
The calculation schemes for the flow coefficient of control valves for different phase media such as liquid,gas,steam and gas-liquid under standard conditions and actual installation conditions are analyzed and summarized,and a calculation book is formed.Based on the scheme,a study on the verification of control valve diameter is carried out,and a set of verification processes is compiled.Combined with practical cases in the design and development process,a detailed discussion is made on how to select the flow coefficient and control valve diameter which can meet the design conditions.The work has practical operational significance for the calculation and selection of control valves in the process industry.
