摘要
为了提高电动平车的运行效率和安全性,本文研究其电机控制。首先先通过对电动平车电机的特性分析和技术要求分析,根据提供电动平车的技术指标,参考国家标准确定了合适的电机驱动方案。然后,对电机控制部分进行设计,其中包括对电气原理图的绘制和电气元器件括如PLC可编程控制器、电动机、变频器等核心设备的计算选型。最后,使用PLC编程仿真软件TIAPortalV16编写了相应的控制程序,并进行了模拟仿真。在模拟仿真中,进一步优化了程序和控制参数,使电动平车运行更加平稳、精确和高效。通过对控制效果进行评估和分析,表明所研究的电机控制和PLC程序设计方案能够有效提高电动平车的运行效率和安全性,达到了预期的运动效果和目的。
In order to improve the operation efficiency and safety of electric flat car,the motor control is studied in this paper.Firstly,through the analysis of the characteristics and technical requirements of the electric flat car motor,according to the technical indicators provided by the electric flat car,the appropriate motor drive scheme was determined with reference to the national standard.Then,the motor control part of the design,including the electrical schematic drawing and electrical components including PLC programmable controller,motor,frequency converter and other core equipment calculation selection.Finally,the PLC programming simulation software TIAPortalV16 is used to write the corresponding control program,and the simulation is carried out.In the simulation,we further optimized the program and control parameters to make the operation of the electric flat car more smooth,accurate and efficient.Through the evaluation and analysis of the control effect,it shows that the motor control and PLC program design scheme can effectively improve the operation efficiency and safety of the electric flat car,and achieve the expected movement effect and purpose.
