摘要
石油化工生产过程的工艺条件是选择控制阀的主要依据。普通控制阀无法承受高温低温,闪蒸气蚀、腐蚀、磨损等苛刻工况会导致的阀内件或阀体损坏。为使控制阀长周期安全可靠运行,必须综合考虑控制阀的结构、性能、材料、特殊设计等因素,以满足石油化工苛刻工况条件的应用需要,提高控制阀使用效果。
Process conditions in petrochemical industry are the main factors to be considered in valve selection.Common control valve cannot bear harsh conditions,such as too high or too low temperature,flashing,cavitations,corrosion,abrasion,etc.,which lead to the damage of control valve.In order to guarantee the long-term,safe and reliable operation of control valve,the structure,performance,materials and special design of control valve must be considered so that the control valve can be successfully operated in harsh conditions in petrochemical industry,meet the application needs and improve the application effect.
