斜拉桥可滑动钢锚箱滑动副选型 被引量:1

Slide joint selection for sliding steel anchor box of cable-stayed bridge

摘要 【目标】为获得一种适用于可滑动钢锚箱且摩擦系数小于0.1的滑动副,以减小斜拉桥索塔顺桥向混凝土塔壁的拉应力水平,实现不设置预应力而保证顺桥向混凝土塔壁不开裂的目的。【方法】利用压剪试验机对3种不同形式的备选滑动副开展了摩擦系数测试。3种备选滑动副的上副均采用镜面不锈钢,下副分别为高力黄铜(Ⅰ型)、不锈钢(Ⅱ型)和冷喷涂双组份石墨烯改性氟碳漆涂层钢板(Ⅲ型)。试验考虑了对摩擦系数有影响的润滑剂类型、滑动副面压及涂层厚度这3种因素。【结果】当采用Ⅰ型滑动副并以硅脂为润滑剂时,随滑动副面压的增大,摩擦系数先增大后稳定在0.09,以石墨为润滑剂时,随滑动副面压的增大,摩擦系数先减小后稳定在0.14;当采用Ⅱ型滑动副并以硅脂为润滑剂时,随滑动副面压的增大,摩擦系数先增大后稳定在0.29,以石墨为润滑剂时,在滑动副面压不超过10 MPa时,摩擦系数稳定在0.33,面压增大至20 MPa时,摩擦系数迅速增大至0.46;当采用Ⅲ型滑动副并以硅脂为润滑剂时,在滑动副面压为5 MPa的条件下,涂层厚度越大摩擦系数越小,涂层厚度为50μm时,摩擦系数为0.12~0.16,涂层厚度加厚至100μm时,摩擦系数降至0.04~0.06之间。【结论】综合考虑价格和摩擦系数,III型滑动副最适合作为钢锚箱的滑动副。 [Objective]The study investigated a type of slide joint suitable for sliding steel anchor box with the friction coefficient less than 0.1,so as to reduce the concrete pylon wall tensile stress along bridge direction of cable-stayed bridge pylon,and to ensure no cracks in the concrete pylon wall along bridge direction without setting prestress.[Method]The friction coefficient tests on three different forms of alternative slide joints were carried out by using a compression-shear testing machine.The upper pairs of slide joints were all made of polished stainless steel.The lower pairs of three slide joints were made of high-strength brass(mode Ⅰ),stainless steel(mode Ⅱ)and cold-sprayed two-component graphene modified fluorocarbon paint coated steel plate(mode Ⅲ).Three factors affecting friction coefficients were considered,i.e.,lubricant type,slide joint surface pressure and coating thickness.[Result]When adopting slide joint mode Ⅰ and the silicone grease is used as lubricant,the friction coefficient increases first and then stabilizes at 0.09 with the increase of slide joint surface pressure.When the graphite powder is used as lubricant,the friction coefficient decreases first and then stabilizes at 0.14 with the increase of slide joint surface pressure.When adopting slide joint mode Ⅱ and the silicone grease is used as lubricant,the friction coefficient increases first and then stabilizes at 0.29 with the increase of slide joint surface pressure.When the graphite powder is used as lubricant,the friction coefficient is stable at 0.33 when the slide joint surface pressure does not exceed 10 MPa;the friction coefficient increases rapidly to 0.46 when the surface pressure increases to 20 MPa.When adopting slide joint mode Ⅲ and the silicone grease is used as lubricant,in the condition of slide joint surface pressure of 5 MPa,the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of coating thickness.When the coating thickness is 50μm,the friction coefficient is 0.12-0.16.When the coating thickness is thickened to 100μm,the friction coefficient is reduced to 0.04-0.06.[Conclusion]Considering the price and friction coefficient comprehensively,the slide joint mode III is most suitable to be used as the friction pair for steel anchor box.
