摘要
斜拉桥采用内置式钢锚梁索塔锚固区结构时,为选择合理的钢锚梁约束方式,以九江长江公路大桥为背景,利用简化平面模型对该桥索塔锚固区水平传力机理进行分析并采用AN-SYS建立索塔锚固区第27节段模型,对4种钢锚梁与塔柱牛腿约束方式(钢锚梁两端始终固定;中跨端固定、边跨端先滑动后固定;边跨端固定、中跨端先滑动后固定;边跨端固定、中跨端始终滑动)进行比选。分析结果表明:钢锚梁采用两端固定的约束方式时,斜拉索水平分力的分配比例和钢与混凝土变形协调关系相关;综合考虑结构安全性和可靠性,认为钢锚梁采用边跨固定、中跨先滑动后固定的约束方式时结构受力较理想;钢锚梁的应力受约束方式影响不大。
At the time the built-in steel anchor beam anchorage zone is to he used in the pylon of cable-stayed bridge, for the purpose of selecting the rational restraint ways for the steel anchor beam, the Jiujiang Changjiang River Highway Bridge is cited as an example and the simplified plane model is used to analyze the horizontal force transferring mechanism of the anchorage zone in the pylon of the bridge. The ANSYS is used as well to set up the model for the 27th segment of the anchorage zone and 4 types of the restraint ways (i. e. both ends of the anchor beam are fixed all the time; the end of the beam on the central span side is fixed and the end on the side span side is slid first and then fixed; the end of the beam on the side span side is fixed and the end on the central span side is slid first and then fixed and the end of the beam on the side span side is fixed and the end on the central span side is slid all the time) for the anchor beam and the steel brackets on the pylon columns are compared. The results of the analysis show that when the steel anchor beam is restrained by way of fixing of the both ends, the distribution ratios of the horizon- tal component forces of stay cables are related to the deformation compatibility of the steel and concrete. In comprehensive consideration of the structural safety and reliability, it is considered that the force conditions of the anchorage zone structure will be more ideal when the anchor beam is restrained by the way that the end of the beam on the side span side is fixed and the end on thecentral span side is slid first and then fixed and the influence of the restraint ways on the stress of the anchor beam will not be great.
