基于BIM技术的大跨径斜拉桥锚固结构参数化建模及二次开发

摘要 近20年以来国内大跨径斜拉桥得到了快速发展。锚固结构是将强大索力匀顺传递到主塔的重要构件。为了研究锚固结构的应用现状,同时解决这类特殊复杂结构的BIM参数化建模及多参数控制下模型的联动管理问题,首先统计分析了260多座大跨径斜拉桥(主跨300 m以上)锚固结构的应用情况,然后基于CATIA软件建立了8种不同锚固结构(塔端4种+梁端4种)的参数化模型,并提出了“级联映射法”的建模方法,最后基于Visual Basic(VB)汇编语言对参数化设计进行了二次开发,为参数化联动管理提供更多的可能性。结果表明,我国已建的斜拉桥中塔端锚固形式主要有预应力式(42%)、钢锚梁(39%)和钢锚箱(14%),梁端锚固结构主要采用钢锚箱(40%)、锚块式(29%)和锚拉板(26%);在主跨跨径超过500 m时,建议梁端锚固结构采用锚拉板和钢锚箱,在主跨跨径超过700 m或者塔高超过250 m时,建议塔端锚固结构采用钢锚梁和钢锚箱。“级联映射法”主要是明确各个构件之间的层级关系,并通过上一级构件的一个或多个元素特征映射出下一级构件的特征元素,精简了复杂BIM模型的建模过程,特别适用于斜拉桥锚固这类特殊复杂结构的参数化建模;“CATIA参数化建模”+“VB二次开发”可以很好地实现两者之间的交互控制,在需要变化大量模型参数时,能够快速实现BIM模型的参数管理和控制,对于多参数控制下的模型管理问题具有借鉴意义。 In response to the national strategies,large-span cable-stayed bridges have been developed rapidly in the past two decades.The anchorage structure is crucial in transferring the strong cable force to the tower smoothly.To study the application status of the anchorage structure and,at the same time,to solve the problems of BIM parametric modeling of this kind of particular complex structure and the linkage management of the model under the multi-parameter control,in this paper,more than 26o large-span cablestayed bridges(with the main span of more than 300m)are counted firstly.The application of the anchorage structure in cable-stayed bridges is analyzed.Further,based on CATIA software,parametric models of eight different anchorage structures(four types of tower ends+four types of girder ends)are established,and the modeling method of the“cascade mapping method”is proposed.Finally,a secondary development of the parametric design is carried out based on the Visual Basic(VB)assembly language,which provides more possibilities for parametric linkage management.The conclusion shows that the towerend anchorage forms in the built cable-stayed bridges in China mainly use prestressed type(42%),steelanchored girders(39%)and steel-anchored boxes(14%),and the girder-end anchorage structures mainly use steel-anchored boxes(40%),anchor-block type(29%),and anchored-tension plates(26%).When the main span exceeds 500m,more than 90%of the girder end anchorage structure adopts an anchor pull plate and steel anchor box,and when the main span exceeds 700m,or the tower height exceeds 250m,more than 9o%of the tower end anchorage structure adopts steel anchor beam and steel anchor box.The cascade mapping method mainly clarifies the hierarchical relationship between each component and maps the characteristic elements of the next level component through one or more characteristics of the previous level component,which streamlines the modeling process of complex BIM models,especially suitable for the parametric modeling of the anchorage of cable-stayed bridges,which is a unique complex structure.The“CATIA parametric modeling”+“VB secondary development”can realize the interactive control between the two and can quickly realize the parameter management and control of the BIM model when a large number of model parameters need to be changed,which is of great significance for the model management problem under the multi-parameter control and for the model management problem under multi-parameter control.
