摘要
目的 探讨阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗精神分裂症(Schizophrenia,SZ)伴顽固性幻听的临床疗效。方法 对2021年1月~2023年6月80例SZ伴顽固性幻听进行抛硬币法随机分组,对照组40例服用阿立哌唑,观察组40例联合小剂量氯氮平。比较治疗前后精神症状、幻听症状以及不良反应。结果 两组治疗后阳性与阴性症状、一般精神病理评分均下降,并且治疗后观察组各项评分更低(P<0.05);治疗后幻听量表(Auditory Hallucinations Rating Scale,AHRS)各项评分均降低,并且治疗后观察组更低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论 阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗SZ伴顽固性幻听临床疗效更佳,并且更具安全性。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole combined with low-dose clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia(SZ)patients with refractory auditory hallucinations.Methods Eighty SZ patients with re-fractory auditory hallucinations from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected,and randomly grouped using the coin toss method.40 cases in the control group were treated with aripiprazole,while 40 cases in the observation group were treated with low-dose clozapine in combination.The mental symptoms,auditory hallucinations,and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,both positive and negative symptoms,as well as general psychopathological scores,decreased in both groups,and the observation group had lower scores in all aspects(P<0.05).After treatment,all scores on the auditory hallucinations rating scale(AHRS)decreased,and the observa-tion group had a lower score after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of aripiprazole and low-dose clozapine has better clinical efficacy and greater safety in the treatment of SZ with refractory auditory hallucinations.
