摘要
目的探讨养血清脑颗粒、阿立哌唑联合治疗精神分裂症(Schizophrenia,SP)患者的应用效果及对神经电生理指标、认知功能的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年1月~2025年1月我院收治的采用养血清脑颗粒、阿立哌唑联合治疗的SP患者58例为观察组,选取同期收治的采用阿立哌唑治疗的SP患者58例为对照组。比较两组治疗前及治疗4周、8周后精神症状改善情况、神经电生理指标(P300潜伏期、P300波幅)、认知功能、血清神经营养因子指标[神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)]及治疗期间不良反应总发生率。结果(1)观察组治疗4周、8周后阳性和阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗4周、8周后,观察组P300潜伏期低于对照组,P300波幅高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)观察组治疗4周、8周后简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);(4)治疗4周、8周后,观察组NGF、BDNF水平较对照组高(P<0.05);(5)观察组与对照组不良反应总发生率(8.62%VS 5.17%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者应用养血清脑颗粒、阿立哌唑联合治疗可有效缓解精神症状,促进神经系统修复,改善神经电生理功能,减轻认知功能损伤,且安全性可靠。
Objective To explore the application effect of the combined treatment of Yangxue Qingnao Granules and Aripiprazole on patients with schizophrenia(SP),as well as its impact on neuroelectrophysiological indicators and cognitive function.Methods A retrospective study was conducted,58 patients with SP treated with a combination of Yangxue Qingnao Granules and Aripiprazole admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected as the observation group.Meanwhile,another 58 patients with SP treated solely with Aripiprazole during the same period were selected as the control group.The improvement of psychiatric symptoms,neuroelectrophysiological indicators(P300 latency,P300 amplitude),cognitive function,serum neurotrophic factor indicators[nerve growth factor(NGF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)]before treatment and after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,and the total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results(1)After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the P300 latency in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the P300 amplitude was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of NGF and BDNF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(5)There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(8.62%VS 5.17%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Yangxue Qingnao Granules and aripiprazole for patients with schizophrenia can effectively alleviate psychiatric symptoms,promote nervous system repair,improve neuroelectrophysiological function,reduce cognitive impairment,and is safe and reliable.
