宽厚板板形控制技术研究现状

摘要 板形是宽厚板的一项核心质量指标,板形的好坏直接影响到宽厚板的产品竞争力和下游客户的使用效果。随着科学技术的发展,各种先进的板形控制技术不断被开发出来,采用先进的板形控制技术有助于提高宽厚板产品质量、成材率,提高生产效率以及提升企业竞争力。从板形控制基本理论、传统板形控制手段、现代板形控制方法,以及板凸度预测模型等方面展示了宽厚板板形控制技术的发展情况,其中弯辊、窜辊技术、辊形技术及板凸度预测模型成为当下的研究热点。弯辊技术是调控板形的强有力手段,窜辊技术除了能够均匀轧辊磨损,提高轧辊使用寿命外,还可配合CVC、SmartCrown等辊形技术调节板凸度、提高板形质量,应用越来越广泛;多种更先进的工作辊和支撑辊辊形技术被不断提出,以解决先前辊形在实际应用中的局限性和不足;跟随生产信息化的发展趋势,板凸度预测模型的研究表现活跃,一些高精度模型有效改善了板形控制并取得较好的应用实绩。通过总结宽厚板板形控制技术的研究现状及取得的主要研究成果,为未来宽厚板板形技术的进一步研究和优化提供方向和思路,给宽厚板的生产提供参考和帮助。 Plate shape is a core quality index of wide and heavy plate.The quality of plate shape directly affects the product competitiveness of wide and heavy plate and the use effect of downstream customers.With the development of science and technology,a variety of advanced plate shape control technology has been developed,the use of advanced plate shape control technology helps to improve the quality of heavy plate products and yield,improve production efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper shows the development of shape control technology of wide and heavy plate from the aspects of basic theory of shape control,traditional shape control means,modern shape control method and plate crown prediction model.Among them,bending roll,shifting roll technology,roll contour technology and plate crown prediction model have become the current research hotspots.Bending roll technology is a powerful means of controlling plate shape.In addition to uniformly wearing out rollers and extending their service life,shifting roll technology can also work in conjunction with roll contour technologies such as CVC and SmartCrown to adjust plate convexity and improve plate shape quality,so it is more and more widely used.Various advanced working roll and backup roll shape technologies continue to be proposed to address the limitations and shortcomings of previous roll contour in practical applications.Following the trend of informatization in production,research on plate convexity prediction models has been active,with some high-precision models effectively improving plate shape control and achieving promising application results.By summarizing the research status and main research results of shape control technology of wide and heavy plate,it provides direction and ideas for further research and optimization of shape technology of wide and heavy plate in the future,and provides reference and help for the production of wide and heavy plate.
