摘要
采用一种直接推算的方法来计算辊廓曲线。基于一组基本方程,并以工作辊、支持辊间接触压力相等为约束进行计算,从而使计算过程大为简化。同时为使设计出的辊型更趋完善,在计算过程中还引入了压力、板宽加权系数。经现场实践应用表明,采用该方法设计出的工作辊、支持辊辊型曲线适应性好,并大大地改善了板凸度和轧辊磨损情况。
A direct reckon method to calculate roll profile curve is discussed. Based on a group of basic equations, the calculation of roll shape is greatly simplified under the restriction of equal contact force between work rolls and backup rolls. At the same time, the weight coefficients of plate width and rolling force have been used in the calculation of roll shape in order to improve the calculation accuracy. The application results show that work roll and backup roll designed with this method have good adaptability, and the plate crown and roll consumption have been reduced greatly.
