摘要
以现代国家的文明之治推进中国式现代化,是中国国家建构的应然逻辑与文明叙事。勘定、考释中国式现代化肇端并循序深入的历史脉络及国家路径,是推进、巩固现代化强国建设的必然逻辑和应然要义所在。新时代,中国式现代化的推进过程具有内在的国家逻辑特征:其逻辑前提在于以国家演进为脉络,在历史传承、文明赓续中推进中国式现代化;其逻辑起点在于以国家合法性为始基,通过党的领导和人民选择推进中国式现代化;其逻辑主线在于以现代化强国为目标,在民族大业、复兴伟业中推进中国式现代化;其逻辑旨归在于以国际交往为路径,在自我发展与文明互鉴中推进中国式现代化。于历史与现实相融、思想与文化互构、话语与叙事共生的国家现代化语境中观照文脉赓续、文化积淀、文明演进等重大课题,有助于在实践中着力拓展和深化中国式现代化新道路,接续创造和发展人类文明新形态,不断凝聚和彰显中华文明的现代价值。
Promoting Chinese-style modernization through the governance of a modern nation's civilization is the normative logic and civilizational narrative of Chinese nation-building.Investigating and interpreting the historical context and national path of the inception and gradual progression of Chinese-style modernization is essential for advancing and consolidating the construction of a modernized strong nation.In contemporary times,the process of advancing Chinese-style modernization inherently possesses a national logic:its logical premise is to advance modernization along the thread of national evolution,within the context of historical inheritance and civilizational continuity;its logical starting point lies in establishing national legitimacy,promoting modernization under the leadership of the Party and the choice of the people;its logical mainline aims at modernization as a goal,pushing forward the national endeavor and the great rejuvenation;and its logical purpose focuses on international engagement as a pathway,facilitating modernization through mutual understanding and exchange.Reflecting on significant topics such as cultural continuity,cultural accumulation,and civilizational evolution within the intersecting contexts of history and reality,thought and culture,discourse and narrative,will aid in the practical expansion and deepening of a new path of Chinese-style modernization,continuously creating and developing new forms of human civilization while consolidating and showcasing the modern strength of Chinese civilization.
