“三提升”目标导向下中职教师数字素养培养体系构建——基于广西民族地区教学实践的行动研究

摘要 在教育数字化转型与民族教育现代化发展的大背景下,广西民族地区中职教师数字素养提升意义重大。文章基于广西民族地区教学实践开展行动研究,阐述了中职教师数字素养提升的必要性,包括契合教育数字化、助力民族教育现代化以及推动民族文化传承创新。通过构建“三提升”(数字态度意识、数字教学能力、创新融合能力)目标导向的培养体系,提出强化意识引导、开展专项培训、搭建实践平台等策略,旨在提升中职教师数字素养,为民族地区中职教育数字化发展提供有力支撑。 Against the backdrop of digital transformation in education and modernization of ethnic education,it is of great significance to enhance the digital literacy of vocational school teachers in ethnic minority areas of Guangxi.The article conducts action research based on teaching practices in ethnic regions of Guangxi,and elaborates on the necessity of improving the digital literacy of vocational school teachers,including aligning with educational digitization,assisting in the modernization of ethnic education,and promoting innovation in the inheritance of ethnic culture.By constructing a goal oriented training system for the"three promotions"(digital attitude awareness,digital teaching ability,and innovation integration ability),strategies such as strengthening awareness guidance,conducting special training,and building practical platforms are proposed to enhance the digital literacy of vocational school teachers and provide strong support for the digital development of vocational education in ethnic areas.
