摘要
辽宁是白羽肉鸡养殖大省,鸡粪低温发酵不易升温腐熟。对此,试验通过应用自主研发的低温腐解菌剂在秋季对鸡粪进行生物堆肥发酵。结果表明,在秋季(10—11月)平均气温9.8℃的条件下,通过添加低温鸡粪腐解菌,可使鸡粪堆肥平均温度达到43.9℃,比对照提高了74.2%,养分(氮、磷、钾)含量比对照提高了3.07%~9.03%,蛔虫卵死亡率及大肠杆菌含量显著低于对照,可以达到快速降解的效果,为辽宁畜禽粪便资源化利用提供了理论依据。
Liaoning is a big province for breeding white feather broilers,and low temperature fermentation of chicken manure is not easy to heat up and decompose.In this regard,the experiment fermented the chicken manure by applying the self-developed low-temperature organic material decomposing agent in autumn.The results showed that under the average temperature of 9.8℃ in autumn(October to November),by adding low-temperature chicken manure decomposing bacteria,the average temperature of chicken manure compost could reach 43.9℃,which was 74.2% higher than that of the control,the content of nutrients(nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium)was 3.07% to 9.03% higher than that of the control,and the mortality rate of Ascaris eggs and the content of Escherichia coli were significantly lower than that of the control,which could achieve the effect of rapid degradation and provided a theoretical basis for the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in Liaoning.
