同时测定饮用水中草甘膦和高氯酸盐的离子色谱法建立 被引量:1

Establishment of an ion chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of glyphosate and perchlorate in drinking water

摘要 目的探讨一种同时快速测定饮用水中草甘膦和高氯酸盐的离子色谱检测方法。方法水样经0.22μm滤膜过滤后直接进样,采用高容量阴离子交换分离柱(REEPO-HA1)分离,保留时间、特征离子峰定性,外标法定量。结果进样量100μL条件下,草甘膦和高氯酸盐分别在0.30~2.00 mg/L、0.005~0.15 mg/L,线性良好,相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9997,检出限为0.014、0.001 mg/L,回收率分别为98.6%~103.0%、90.0%~104.0%;相对标准偏差1.39%、3.90%。高氯酸盐加标浓度为0.05mg/L,进样量分别为100、500μL时测定值差异无统计学意义(t=1.37,P>0.05)。结论该方法简单快速、准确度高、精密度好,适用于基层实验室饮用水中草甘膦和高氯酸盐的同时快速测定。 Objective To explore a rapid ion chromatography method for simultaneous determination of glyphosate and perchlorate in drinking water.Methods The water samples were filtered by O.22μm filter membrane and injected directly.The samples were separated by high-capacity anion exchange analysis column(REEPO-HA1).The retention time and characteristic ion peak were qualitatively determined.Results With an injection volume of 100μL,glyphosate and perchlorate exhibited good linearity in the ranges of 0.30-2.00 mg/L and 0.005-0.15 mg/L,respectively.The correlation coefficients(r)were 0.9999 and 0.9997,with detection limits of 0.014 mg/L and 0.001 mg/L.Recoveries ranged from 98.6%-103.0% and 90.0%-104.0%,and relative standard deviations were 1.39%and 3.90%,respectively.No significant difference was observed between values obtained with 100μL and 500μL injection volumes at a perchlorate standard concentration of 0.05 mg/L(t=1.37,P>0.05).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and precise,making it suitable for simultaneous determination of glyphosate and perchlorate in drinking water in primary laboratories.
