摘要
本文系统对比了等度淋洗条件下氢氧根系统与碳酸盐系统离子色谱法检测饮用水中溴酸盐的效能。通过线性范围、检出限、定量限、精密度及准确度等指标分析,发现两种方法均满足国家标准要求。碳酸盐系统在准确度(回收率)和实际样品适用性方面表现更优,而氢氧根系统因需添加乙腈且设备兼容性低,在基层实验室的普适性受限。研究结果为基层实验室水质检测方法选择提供了重要参考。
This paper systematically compared the performance of hydroxide system and carbonate system in ion chromatography for bromate detection in drinking water under isocratic elution conditions.Key analytical indicators,including linear range,detection limit,quantification limit,precision,and accuracy,were evaluated.Both methods met national standard requirements.The carbonate system demonstrated superior accuracy(recovery rate)and practical applicability for real samples,while the hydroxide system exhibited limited generalizability in primary laboratories due to the need for acetonitrile addition and lower equipment compatibility.These findings provide valuable references for selecting water quality detection methods in primary laboratories.
