液相色谱法检测水中草甘膦残留量的研究 被引量:31

摘要 建立了水中草甘膦残留量的高效液相色谱检测方法,方法采用柱前衍生,经阴离子交换色谱柱分离,以荧光检测器检测,并对该方法的准确性和精密度进行了试验,结果表明该方法快速、灵敏度高、精密度好。草甘膦的检出限为0.005μg/ml,各浓度水平的添加回收为85%~101%,变异系数为2.5%~4%。我国至今尚无测定草甘膦残留量的标准方法,该方法可靠、灵敏、简便可行,为制定国家标准分析方法提供依据。 A high performance liquid chromatographic method is developed for determination of glyphodate in water. The sample are derived before column,and then separated with ion-exchange, at last glyphosate has been detected by the fluorescence detection.The method was proved to be rapid, sensitive and accurate. The limit of detection was 0.005μg/ml, Mean recoveries were from 85% to 101%, and coefficients of variation were from 2.5% to 4%. At preset standard analysis method of glyphosate has not been studiedyet. Therefore, it is essential to find a reliable, sensitive and simple method for determination of glyphosate residue. The research can provide basis for constituting standard analysis methods.
