个性化定制新能源汽车焊装产线价值评估方法

摘要 针对个性化定制需求下新能源汽车焊装产线价值评估方法匮乏的问题,提出了一种基于改进和声搜索算法-模糊层次分析法的新能源汽车焊装产线价值评估方法。建立了评估指标体系,构建了定量评估价值的模型,采用模糊层次分析法分配评估指标权重,通过构建函数模型将权重求取问题转换为约束优化问题,并提出改进和声搜索算法获得指标权重值。仿真结果表明:提出的方法能根据用户的个性化定制需求对新能源汽车焊装产线不同方案做出定量的价值评估。 Aiming at the shortage of new energy vehicle welding production line value evaluation methods under the demand of personalized customization,a new energy vehicle welding production line value evaluation method based on improved harmony search algorithm-fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was proposed.The evaluation index system was established,the model for quantitative evaluation of value was constructed,the evaluation index weights were assigned by fuzzy hierarchical analysis,the weight finding problem was converted into a constrained optimization problem by constructing a function model,and the improved harmonic search algorithm was proposed to obtain the index weight values.The simulation results show that the proposed method can make quantitative value assessment of different solutions for new energy vehicle welding line according to the user's personalized customization requirements.
