摘要
为了缓解由于煤矿机电系统故障影响安全正常生产的问题,从人、机、管理、环境4个方面,确定了影响煤矿机电系统可靠性的17个评价指标,构建了煤矿机电系统可靠性评价体系,提出了一种基于改进模糊层次分析法与改进熵权法的煤矿机电系统可靠性耦合评价方法,并在贵州王家寨煤矿开展应用研究。研究结果表明,该耦合评价方法对煤矿机电系统可靠性评价具有较好的适用性,结合计算得到的指标权重值与单项评分结果,可以指导煤矿机电系统可靠性改进提升方向,对提升煤矿机电系统可靠性、促进安全正常生产具有重要意义。
In order to alleviate the problem of safety and normal production due to the failure of coal mine electromechanical system,17 evaluation indexes affecting the reliability of coal mine electromechanical system are determined from four aspects of human,machine,management and environment,and the reliability evaluation system of coal mine electromechanical system is constructed.A reliability coupling evaluation method of coal mine electromechanical system based on improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and improved entropy weight method is proposed,and applied research is carried out in Wangjiazhai Coal Mine in Guizhou.The research results show that the coupling evaluation method has good applicability to the reliability evaluation of coal mine electromechanical system.Combined with the calculated index weight value and single score result,it can guide the improvement direction of coal mine electromechanical system reliability,which is of great significance to improve the reliability of coal mine electromechanical system and promote safe and normal production.
