早期康复锻炼联合改良正念减压疗法对颅内肿瘤术后患者心理弹性及神经功能的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Exercise Combined with Improved Mindfulness-Based Decompression Therapy on Psychological Resilience and Neurological Function of Postoperative Patients with Intracranial Tumors

摘要 目的探讨早期康复锻炼联合改良正念减压疗法对颅内肿瘤术后患者的影响。方法选取潍坊市人民医院2020年7月—2023年7月收治的68例颅内肿瘤术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用早期康复锻炼联合改良正念减压疗法。对比两组患者的神经功能、日常生活活动能力、心理弹性及运动功能。结果干预后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表、日常生活活动能力评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的心理弹性量表中乐观、自强、坚韧性评分分别为(65.89±12.05)分、(69.71±12.54)分、(64.77±12.12)分,均高于对照组的(53.14±11.93)分、(53.08±10.88)分、(55.83±11.05)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅内肿瘤术后患者采用早期康复锻炼联合改良正念减压疗法,可改善其神经功能,提升运动功能及日常生活活动能力,提高心理弹性。 Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation exercise combined with improved mindfulnessbased decompression therapy on postoperative patients with intracranial tumors.Methods A total of 68 postoperative patients with intracranial tumor admitted to Weifang People’s Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early rehabilitation exercise combined with improved mindfulness-based decompression therapy.The neurological function,activities of daily living,psychological resilience and motor function of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the score of the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of the Simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment and Activities of Daily Living in the control group were higher,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of optimism,self-reliance and tenacity in the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale of the observation group were(65.89±12.05)points,(69.71±12.54)points and(64.77±12.12)points,respectively,which were higher than(53.14±11.93)points,(53.08±10.88)points and(55.83±11.05)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation exercise combined with improved mindfulness-based decompression therapy can improve neurological function,motor function,activity of daily living and psychological resilience in postoperative patients with intracranial tumors.
