摘要
桃夭门大桥作为甬舟项目关键工程,主桥采用目前世界最大跨度公铁两用混合梁斜拉桥,其建设面临复杂海洋水文地质条件、恶劣海况、临近既有公路大桥等难题,施工安全风险高,且钢梁架设、混凝土箱梁施工及钢混结合段处理等技术挑战巨大。施工过程中,项目创新钢梁制造与预拼装技术,采用合理分块加工、先进焊接工艺和严格质量控制手段;运用滑移支架法和桥面吊机悬臂拼装法实现三箱钢梁分阶段架设;针对超宽混凝土箱梁,采用差异化支架搭建和科学浇筑顺序;创新钢混结合段施工技术,确保两种材料协同工作。该成果有效解决了工程重难点问题,形成一套适用于海洋环境的建造技术体系,提高了桥梁建设质量和效率,为我国公铁两用桥梁建设技术发展提供有力支撑。
As a key project of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Project,the Taoyaomen Bridge adopts the world′s largest-span road-rail dual-purpose hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge as its main bridge.Its construction is confronted with complex marine hydrogeological conditions,harsh sea conditions,proximity to existing highway bridges and other challenges,with high construction safety risks.Moreover,the technical challenges such as steel girder erection,concrete box girder construction and steel-concrete combination section treatment are huge.During the construction process,the project innovated the manufacturing and pre-assembly technology of steel beams,adopted reasonable block processing,advanced welding techniques and strict quality control measures.The phased erection of the three-box steel beams was achieved by using the sliding support method and the cantilever assembly method of the bridge deck crane.For ultra-wide concrete box girders,differentiated support construction and scientific pouring sequence are adopted.Innovative construction technology for the steel-concrete combination section ensures the coordinated work of the two materials.This achievement has effectively addressed the critical issues in engineering,formed a set of construction technology systems suitable for marine environments,improved the quality and efficiency of bridge construction,and provided strong support for the development of construction technology for road-rail dual-purpose bridges in China.
