摘要
对于地处高度城镇化地区的跨航道桥梁拆除工程,由于具有结构体系复杂、施工风险高、施工安全要求高、环境保护要求严以及交通疏解工作难等新的特点,并不完全适合采用常规方法和设备进行拆除作业。以某大跨复杂跨航道桥梁为例,考虑新旧交通导改及作业空间限制,比选上部结构挂梁及T构拆除方案,选择桥面吊机下放拆除方案。通过有限元软件对拆除过程中的三挂梁同时拆除及T构最大非对称拆除工况进行计算分析,结果表明该拆除方法安全可行。
For the demolition project of a cross-channel bridge located in a highly urbanized area,the conventional methods and equipment are not entirely suitable due to its new characteristics,such as a complex structural system,high construction risks,stringent safety requirements,strict environmental protection standards,and difficult traffic diversion tasks.Taking a large-span complex cross-channel bridge as an example,considering the constraints of both old and new traffic diversions and limited working space,the demolition schemes for the superstructure,including the cantilever beam and T-frame,were compared and evaluated.The bridge deck crane lowering demolition scheme was selected.Using finite element software,computational analyses were conducted for the simultaneous demolition of three cantilever beams and the maximum asymmetric demolition condition of the T-frame during the demolition process.The results indicate that this demolition method is safe and feasible.
