摘要
研究基于三维激光点云的盾构隧道管片三环虚拟预拼装技术,探究其替代实体拼装技术的可行性。依托北京东六环改造工程,采用三维激光点云技术获得大直径盾构隧道管片点云数据模型,并进行精简、降噪等精细化处理。研发虚拟预拼装软件平台,通过加载实际点云模型并与标准点云模型进行对比,利用一定的算法进行管片模型配准、特征尺寸测量及误差检测等,自动输出预拼装检测报告,实现管片虚拟预拼装替代实体拼装,从而提高管片三环预拼装效率和精度。
The three-ring virtual pre-assembly technology of shield tunnel segment based on 3D laser point cloud is studied,and the feasibility of replacing solid assembly technology is explored.Based on Beijing East Sixth Ring Road Reconstruction Project,the 3D laser scanning point cloud technology is used to obtain the large-diameter shield tunnel segments point cloud data model,and the refinement and noise reduction are carried out.The virtual pre-assembly software platform is developed,by loading the actual point cloud model and comparing it with the standard point cloud model,a certain algorithm is used to perform segment model registration,feature size measurement and error detection,and the pre-assembly detection report is automatically output.It realizes segment virtual pre-assembly instead of solid assembly,so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of segment three-ring pre-assembly.
