新质生产力视域下行业产教融合共同体赋能职业教育研究 被引量:1

Research on Empowering Vocational Education with Industry Education Integration Community from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

摘要 新质生产力不仅对生产方式、产业结构提出了新要求,还为教育体系特别是职业教育带来了新的挑战和机遇。在新质生产力视域下,如何构建有效的行业产教融合共同体赋能职业教育成为当前亟需解决的重要课题。基于此,文章通过挖掘新质生产力与行业产教融合共同体的核心要义与独特属性,融合经典马克思主义理论、科技创新理论、教育可持续发展理论、协同理论以及知识转移理论等,全方位、多层次地阐述了行业产教融合共同体赋能职业教育的理论基础。在明确行业产教融合共同体构建的原则与愿景后,提出了职普融通、科教融汇、实施“五金”建设等一系列切实可行、高效有力的赋能路径与策略,以期为职业教育在新质生产力视域下实现高质量、跨越式发展提供有力的理论支撑与实践参考。研究结果表明,行业产教融合共同体是推动职业教育高质量发展的重要引擎,其能够有效整合教育资源与产业需求,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接,为职业教育提供持续的动力和广阔的发展空间。 The new quality productivity not only puts forward new requirements for production methods and industrial structure,but also brings new challenges and opportunities to the education system,especially vocational education.From the perspective of new quality productivity,how to build an effective industry education integration community to empower vocational education has become an important issue that urgently needs to be addressed.Based on this,the article explores the core essence and unique attributes of the integration of new quality productivity and industry education community,integrates classic Marxist theory,technological innovation theory,sustainable development theory of education,collaborative concept,and knowledge transfer theory,and comprehensively and multi-level elaborates on the theoretical basis of empowering vocational education with industry education integration community.After clarifying the principles and vision for building an industry education integration community,a series of practical and efficient empowerment paths and strategies have been proposed,including the integration of vocational education and general education,the integration of science and education,and the implementation of“hardware”construction,in order to provide strong theoretical support and practical reference for vocational education to achieve high-quality and leapfrog development in the perspective of new quality productivity.The research results indicate that the industry education integration community is an important engine for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.It can effectively integrate educational resources and industry demand,promote the organic connection between the education chain,talent chain,industry chain,and innovation chain,and provide sustained momentum and broad development space for vocational education.
