摘要
产教融合作为应用型本科高校促进区域经济发展和提升教育服务能力的核心战略,正成为理论与实践的研究焦点。在共生理论视角下,产教融合发展进程可以划分为基础协同、创新生态和价值共创三个阶段。其中,基础协同阶段的核心目标是实现教育资源与产业需求的有效对接,创新生态阶段强调通过技术赋能与机制创新,价值共创阶段的核心在于通过多主体协同创新实现价值增值。产教融合这种阶段式演进过程,不仅符合共生理论中关于共生关系深化的基本假设,也为应用型本科高校推进产教融合提供了清晰的实践路径。
Industry-education integration,as a core strategy for application-oriented undergraduate universities to promote regional economic development and enhance educational service capabilities,has become a focal point in theoretical and practical research.From the perspective of symbiosis theory,the development process of industry-education integration can be divided into three stages:foundational synergy,innovative ecology,and value co-creation.The core objective of the foundational synergy stage is to achieve effective alignment between educational resources and industrial demands.The innovative ecology stage emphasizes empowerment through technology and mechanism innovation,while the value co-creation stage focuses on achieving value enhancement through multi-stakeholder collaborative innovation.This staged evolution process of industry-education integration not only aligns with the basic assumptions of symbiosis theory regarding the deepening of symbiotic relationships but also provides a clear practical pathway for application-oriented undergraduate universities to advance industry-education integration.
