摘要
本文从文化的内涵说起,阐述大学文化应该随着时代的迁移而变更。目前世界已进入数智时代,数字化、智能化将极大地影响人们的科技生产和经济社会生活。人工智能是数智化时代的核心技术,引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革,同时也必将改变学校的教育与教学。人工智能对学校教育教学的巨大促进作用已为人所共见,但它也会带来一些缺陷与不足,向人们提出了一些新的问题与挑战。不管怎样,它将使大学在物质、制度和精神文化上产生或温和或剧烈的变化。文章从“智慧”是大学生文化素质中的重要新元素,科技与人文的融会应成为大学教育文化变革的重点,采取课程制与项目制混合的新教学模式,加强高科技下的伦理道德教育问题和以教育家精神提高教师要求等五个方面探讨了大学文化的变革。
This paper begins by exploring the essence of culture,arguing that university culture should evolve in response to the changing times.The world has now entered the digital intelligence era,where digitalization and intelligentization will profoundly impact science and technology production,and socio-economic life.Artificial intelligence(AI),as the core technology of this era,is driving a new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation,inevitably reshaping education.While the immense benefits of AI in education are widely recognized,it also introduces certain limitations and challenges,posing new questions for society.Regardless,AI will bring about either gradual or radical changes in the material,institutional,and spiritual aspects of university culture.The paper examines the transformation of university culture from five perspectives:(1)“wisdom”as a crucial new element in university students'cultural literacy;(2)the integration of science and humanities as a key focus of educational cultural reform;(3)adopting a blended teaching model combining curriculum and projectbased learning;(4)addressing ethical and moral education in the high-tech context;and(5)elevating teacher standards through the spirit of educators.
