高校数字文化建设:学理基础、现实阻滞与优化路径

Digital Cultural Construction in Universities:Theoretical Foundations,Practical Constraints,and Optimization Pathways

摘要 高校数字文化是高校在高等教育数字化深度转型过程中形成的新文化形态,既包含原有高校文化在数字环境下的形态拓展,也包含数字技术创生的高校文化新样态。基于“文化-技术-人”的技术哲学分析框架,高校数字文化的核心特性表现为技术嵌入性重塑文化形态、数据流动性转化文化资本、虚实共生性重构文化身份以及协作共创性生产文化资源。高校数字文化的建构需遵循文化适配、价值重构与时代响应的实践逻辑。然而,当前高校数字文化建设仍面临着技术主义桎梏、算法价值偏差、资源协同瓶颈及优质内容供给不足等现实阻滞。推进高校数字文化建设,应以技术人文筑基规避技术风险、以算法价值规制校准伦理方向、以资源协同整合突破共享壁垒、以内容供给赋能提升育人实效,推动高校数字文化高质量发展,助力高等教育数字化转型并推进教育现代化纵深发展。 University digital culture represents a new cultural form emerging from the deep digital transformation of higher education.It encompasses both the digital expansion of traditional university culture and the new cultural expressions generated by digital technologies.Based on a culture-technology-human framework from the philosophy of technology,the core characteristics of university digital culture include:technological embeddedness reshaping cultural forms;data fluidity transforming cultural capital;virtual-real symbiosis reconstructing cultural identity;and collaborative co-creation producing cultural resources.The construction of university digital culture must follow a practical logic of cultural adaptation,value reconstruction,and responsiveness to the times.However,in practice,it faces multiple constraints,including technological determinism,algorithmic value bias,resource coordination bottlenecks,and insufficient supply of high-quality content.To advance the high-quality development of university digital culture,efforts should focus on:grounding digital transformation in technological humanism to mitigate risks;regulating algorithmic values to ensure ethical orientation;integrating and coordinating resources to overcome barriers to sharing;and enhancing content creation to empower education.These measures can promote the high quality development of university digital culture,support the digital transformation of higher education,and advance the modernization of education in greater depth.
