基于实测信息的既有多龄期建筑群地震灾害损失风险快速评估 被引量:1

Rapid assessment of seismic disaster loss risks for existing multi-age buildings based on measured data

摘要 既有多龄期建筑群的地震灾害损失快速评估对震前应急救援准备、震后应急响应及社会经济快速恢复具有重要意义。考虑既有建筑在服役期内潜在的性能演化行为,提出一种基于实测信息的既有多龄期建筑群地震灾害损失风险快速评估方法。该方法通过现场实测多龄期建筑动力特性,结合HAZUS手册中建议的非线性性能参数,构建既有单体建筑的等效模型,并通过时程分析生成结构性能水准的大样本数据集,从而确定目标建筑群的地震易损性。综合考虑目标区域的地震易损性、发震时间、人员密度、重置单价等因素,快速评估不同水准地震作用下的人员伤亡与经济损失风险。相关方法应用于四川省宜宾市珙县巡场镇既有钢筋混凝土建筑群,结果表明:在多遇地震及设防地震下,既有建筑群基本未达到承载能力极限,而在罕遇地震下部分建筑进入性能退化阶段;人员伤亡和经济损失的评估结果随着地震强度增大呈指数级增长,人员伤亡数量对发震时间敏感,建筑结构破坏是直接经济损失的主要来源。 The rapid assessment of earthquake disaster losses for multi-age buildings is crucial for pre-earthquake rescue preparation,post-earthquake emergency response,and socio-economic recovery.Considering the potential degradation of existing buildings during their service life,this paper proposed a rapid assessment method for seismic disaster loss risks for multi-age buildings based on measured data.The method integrated on-site measured dynamic characteristics of multi-age buildings,combined with HAZUS recommended nonlinear performance parameters,to construct equivalent models for existing buildings,and time-history analyses generated a large dataset to assess seismic fragility.Considering the target area's seismic fragility,earthquake timing,population density,and replacement costs,the method rapidly evaluated risks of casualties and economic losses across various earthquake levels.The proposed methodology was applied to existing reinforced concrete building clusters in Xunchang Town,Gong County,Yibin City,Sichuan Province.The results showe that under frequent and fortification earthquakes,the buildings generally do not reach the bearing capacity limit,while under rare earthquakes,some buildings enter the performance degradation stage.The assessment results for casualties and economic losses show an exponential increase with the intensity of the earthquake,with casualty numbers being sensitive to the earthquake occurrence time,and building damage being the primary source of direct economic losses.
