摘要
以某公路上服役的钢筋混凝土梁桥检测为背景,依据《公路桥梁承载能力检测评定规程》(JTG/T J21—2011),对桥梁进行外观检查和材质检测,确定分项检算系数Z1、ξe、ξc、ξq,荷载横向分布系数。同时,使用有限元软件建立计算模型,并结合承载能力极限状态检算临界公式,进行正截面抗弯和斜截面抗剪的极限承载能力检算分析,对该服役桥梁进行承载能力极限状态评定。结果表明,桥梁上部结构主梁抗弯承载能力不满足通行荷载的要求,斜截面抗剪承载力满足要求,需对主梁进行加固或重建,研究成果为管养部门对服役桥梁的维修、加固、改建提供了理论依据的支撑及相应建议。
Based on the inspection of a reinforced concrete beam bridge in service on a certain highway,according to the"Specification for Inspection and Evaluation of Load-bearing Capacity of Highway Bridges"(JTG/T J21-2011),the appearance inspection and material testing of the bridge were carried out to determine the sub item calculation coefficient Z1,ξe,ξc,ξq,load transverse distribution coefficient.At the same time,the finite element software was used to establish a calculation model,and combined with the critical formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity limit state,the ultimate bearing capacity of the normal section bending and inclined section shear were calculated and analyzed,and the ultimate bearing capacity limit state of the service bridge was evaluated.The results show that the bending bearing capacity of the main beam of the bridge superstructure does not meet the requirements of the traffic load,and the shear bearing capacity of the inclined section meets the requirements.It is necessary to reinforce or rebuild the main beam and provide theoretical support and corresponding suggestions for the maintenance department to repair,reinforce and rebuild the service bridge.
