摘要
建设农业强国和推进农业农村现代化是中国式现代化的基础支撑,加快推动传统农业现代化转型是重中之重。本研究基于青莲食品全产业链数字化平台案例,采用“动因—过程—结果”分析框架,剖析传统农业转型“现代化需求驱动→数智化发展过程→新质生产力结果”的内在形成机制和构建传统农业现代化转型的全新理论框架。研究发现:第一,遵循“数字技术赋能→生产效率提升→价值共创共享”路径,可以跨越数字鸿沟、跳出低效陷阱、走出薄利怪圈,有力推动传统农业现代化转型;第二,利用“三链合一→纵向联通→横向协同”机制,可以完成农业全产业链数字化平台构建、拓展、优化,加速推进企业数智化发展;第三,经过“新质生产要素主导→新质生产产品主导→新质生产方式主导”过程,可以实现农业生产要素创新性配置、农业生产资料数字化转型、农业劳动对象扩展升级,加快形成农业新质生产力。本文的研究表明,农业现代化转型、企业数智化发展、新质生产力形成的同步演进能够推动传统农业借“数智”提“新质”走向现代农业和未来农业。本文丰富了农业现代化的理论研究,提供了从农业大国加快走向农业强国的实践启示。
Building a strong agricultural nation and advancing the modernization of agriculture in rural areas are the pllars of Chinesestyle modernization.Accelerating the transition from traditional agriculture into a modernized one is of paramount importance.This study,based on the digital plaform of whole industrial chain of Qinglian Foods,employs a"Motivation-Process-Outcome"analytic framework to explore the intrinsic mechanism of the transformation of traditional agriculture from"modernization-demand driven factors",through a"digital and intelligent development"to achieving"new quality productivity outcomes".This study also constructs a novel theoretical framework for the modernization of traditional agriculture.Three key findings are revealed.First,by following the path of"digital technology empowerment-improved production efficiency-value cocreation and sharing",it is possible to bridge the digital gaps,escape inefficiency traps,and break the cycle of low profits,thereby powerfully promoting the modernization of traditional agriculture.Second,by utilizing the mechanism of"integration of three chains-vertical connectivity-horizontal collaboration",the construction,expansion,and optimization of a digital platform across the whole agricultural supply chain,can be achieved,thus accelerating the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises.Third,through the transition process of"new quality production factors leading-new quality products leading-new quality production methods leading",innovative allocation of agricultural production factors,digital transformation of agricultural production materials,and the expansion and upgrading of agricultural labor objects can be realized,thus accelerating the formation of new quality productivity in agriculture.This study demonstrates that the synchronized and harmonized evolution of the modernization of agriculture,the digital and intlligent development of enterprises,and the formation of new quality productivity can effectively lead agriculture transition from traditional to modern.This transition is achieved through leveraging digital intelligence and improving new quality productivity.This paper not only enriches the theoretical understanding of agricultural modernization,but also provides practical insights for accelerating the transition from a major agricultural country into a strong agricultural nation.
