基于博弈组合赋权-TOPSIS的山区公路桥梁可靠性评价方法 被引量:2

摘要 为评价复杂交通影响下山区公路桥梁的可靠性,针对主客观权重融合与动态适应性不足的问题,以山西省山区公路桥梁为对象构建包含交通运营、结构状态及环境影响的4个一级、17个二级指标评价体系,提出基于博弈组合赋权-TOPSIS的评价方法,通过序关系法和粗糙集理想解获取主客观权重,利用博弈论优化组合并构建TOPSIS连续分级模型,计算评价桥梁的贴近度。采用该方法对山西省18座山区公路桥梁进行可靠性分析,以吕梁市5座桥梁为例进行方法验证。结果表明:吕梁市5座桥梁的可靠性评价结果(Ⅳ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅱ级)与传统技术状况分级(四类、二类、三类、二类、二类)趋势一致,验证了该方法的准确性。 This paper presents a reliability evaluation method for road bridges in mountainous areas based on the game combined weighting-TOPSIS Method,which takes into account the issues of subjective and objective weight fusion and insufficient dynamic adaptability.4 first-level and 17 second-level index evaluation systems covering transportation service,structural conditions and environmental impacts were established,based on the road bridges in the mountainous areas in Shanxi Province.First,the ordinal relation method and rough set ideal solution are adopted to determine the subjective and objective weights of each index in the evaluation system.Second,on the basis of the game theory,the subjective and objective weights are combined and weighted,the TOPSIS method is introduced to develop a bridge reliability evaluation model,to compute the bridge proximity degree.The proposed method has been applied to the reliability evaluation of 18 mountainous road bridges in Shanxi Province,and verified in five bridges in Lvliang City.The results show that the reliability of the five bridges in Lvliang have been rated as classⅣ,classⅡ,classⅢ,classⅡ,and classⅡ,which are consistent with the traditional technical status classification(Ⅳ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅱ,Ⅱ),verifying the accuracy of the method.
