计及分布式光伏发展的区县电网投资额分配模型与实例验证

Model and Case Verification of Investment Distribution in County-level Power Grids Considering the Development of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation

摘要 分布式能源大规模接入、电动汽车充电负荷激增、用户用能需求多元化等新发展形势对区县电网投资提出更高要求。将分布式光伏接入预测、用户报装预测纳入配电网投资分配的影响因素,结合博弈论组合对G1法和熵权法进行综合赋权,提出各指标权重,建立区县配电网投资分配模型,解决现有投资分配模型中未做好现状与发展的统筹、用户接入需求与电网承载能力不匹配等问题。以湖北省为例,选取典型区县开展应用分析,将投资分配预测比例与实际比例进行对比,差异较小。 The new developments in large-scale integration of distributed energy,surging electric vehicle charging loads,and diversified user energy demand have placed higher demands on district power grid investment.This study incorporates distributed photovoltaic grid connection forecasts and user connection forecasts as influencing factors in distribution grid investment allocation.By combining game theory with the G1 method and entropy weighting method,it proposes weightings for each indicator,establishes a county-level distribution grid investment allocation model,and addresses issues such as inadequate coordination between current conditions and future development,as well as mismatches between user connection demands and grid capacity.Finally,using Hubei Province as a case study,the model was applied to typical counties and districts for analysis.The predicted investment allocation ratios were compared with actual ratios,showing minimal discrepancies.
