摘要
随着炼化企业生产自动化程度的不断提高,仪表设备的可靠性对生产过程的稳定性、效率及安全性至关重要。文章分析了炼化企业仪表设备可靠性的影响因素,包括设备性能、安装运行、环境与工艺条件等,并探讨了可靠性评价方法,如故障树分析(FTA)和失效模式影响分析(FMEA)。通过对典型设备的案例分析,提出了优化设备选型与设计、改进维护体系及引入状态监测与智能诊断等提升策略。研究结果可为炼化企业仪表设备的可靠性管理提供理论支持与实践指导。
With the continuous improvement of production automation in refining enterprises,the reliability of instrument equipment is crucial for the stability,efficiency,and safety of the production process.This article analyzes the factors affecting the reliability of instrument equipment in refining and chemical enterprises,including equipment performance,installation and operation,environmental and process conditions,etc.It also explores reliability evaluation methods such as Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)and Failure Mode Effects Analysis(FMEA).Through case analysis of typical equipment,strategies for optimizing equipment selection and design,improving maintenance systems,and introducing status monitoring and intelligent diagnosis have been proposed.The research results provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the reliability management of instrument equipment in refining enterprises.
