摘要
采用“技术—组织—环境”(TOE)框架和动态模糊集定性比较分析(QCA)方法,探究了数字基础设施、技术应用深度、技术创新能力、技术支持服务、电商交易规模、数字政策环境和数字金融7个前因变量对制造业质量竞争力提升的协同效应,揭示其对制造业质量竞争力的非线性驱动规律。研究结果表明:单一要素均非制造业高质量竞争力形成的必要条件,验证“技术—组织—环境”多维要素耦合的必要性;通过面板数据分析识别出七条充分性组态路径,可归纳为技术驱动型、组织协同型与环境补偿型三大类,技术驱动型路径以技术深度整合为核心、组织协同型路径聚焦产业链资源整合、环境补偿型路径依靠政策与金融工具突破资源约束;进一步分析发现,不同路径在区域分布上存在明显的区域差异,东部发达省份多采用技术驱动型路径,中西部省份依赖组织协同型路径,东北地区则普遍采用环境补偿型路径。
Employing the Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE)framework and dynamic fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA),this study investigated the configurational effects of seven antecedent variables-digital infrastructure,technology application depth and innovation capability,technical support services,e-commerce transaction scale,digital policy environment,and digital financeon enhancing manufacturing quality competitiveness.revealing their nonlinear driving mechanisms.The findings demonstrate that:(1)No single factor constitutes a necessary condition for achieving high-quality competitiveness,confirming the necessity of TOE multidimensional coupling;(2)Panel data analysis identifies seven sufficient configuration paths,categorized into technology-driven,organization-coordinated,and environment-compensated typologies,where technology-driven paths emphasize deep technological integration,organization-coordinated paths optimize industrial chain resource allocation,and environmentcompensated paths utilize policy-financial instruments to overcome resource constraints;(3)Regional heterogeneity analysis reveals gradient distribution patterns,with technology-driven paths predominating in eastern developed provinces,organization-coordinated strategies prevailing in central-western regions,and environment-compensated approaches being widely adopted in northeastern areas.
