摘要
本文建立了烟用香精气相色谱指纹图谱,用质谱对各组成分进行了定性分析,并结合中药指纹图谱相似度评价软件,从整体上评估香精的内在质量稳定性,与红外光谱指纹图谱法相关性结果一致,但能更加清晰地反映烟用香精各内在化合物的变化。该方法具有操作简单、分析准确且快速等优点,可作为烟用香精的质量控制手段。
In this paper,the gas chromatography fingerprint of tobacco flavor was established,and the components were qualitatively analyzed by mass spectrometry.Combined with the similarity evaluation software of traditional Chinese med-icine fingerprint,the internal quality stability of tobacco flavor was evaluated as a whole.The results were consistent with the correlation results of infrared spectrum fingerprint method,but it could more clearly reflect the changes of the internal compounds of tobacco flavor.This method has the advantages of simple operation,accurate and rapid analysis,and can be used as the quality control method of tobacco flavor.
