摘要
选择合适的方法对烟叶质量进行科学合理的分类,对于指导烤烟配方打叶工作及提高卷烟质量具有重要意义。试验采用高效液相色谱指纹图谱技术,结合化学计量学分析方法,建立了云南省15个典型烟叶产区C3F等级烟叶基于指纹图谱特征的烟叶质量分类方法。结果表明,2010年收获的云南省典型烟叶产区的烟叶质量可分成4个基本类型,一类产区包括富源县、沾益县、马龙县和大姚县,二类产区包括宣威市、禄劝县、保山市、丽江市和景东县,三类产区包括麒麟区、罗平县、红河县和文山县,四类产区包括临沧市和昭通市。试验研究结果显示,烟叶指纹图谱作为烟叶质量控制的新方法,可以减少评吸师的工作量,提高配方打叶的工作效率。
Selecting appropriate method for scientific and rational classification of flue-cured tobacco quality was of great sig- nificance for guiding of flue-cured tobacco leaf blending modules and improving quality of cigarette products. A quality clas- sification method of tobacco leaves, grade C3F, from 15 production areas of Yunnan was established by means of HPLC fin- gerprint technology combined with the analysis of Chemometrics. The result showed that the tobacco quality could be divided into 4 groups, the first class of areas included Fuyuan county, Zhanyi county, Malong county and Dayao county, the second class of areas included Xuanwei city, Luquan county, Baoshan city, Lijiang city and Jingdong county, the third class of ar- eas included Qilin district, Luoping county, Honghe county and Wenshan county, the fourth class of areas included Lincang city and Zhaotong city. Application of the new method could reduce the workload of smoking valuator and improve the effi- ciency of leaf blending.
