摘要
建立采用氢氧根体系技术测定空气中硫酸的离子色谱方法,同时确定吸收液浓度和色谱条件,便于采样与分析。考察不同浓度的吸收液对硫酸出峰的影响,优化色谱条件和分析流速,同时对色谱法和比浊法分别进行线性范围、检出限、精密度和加标回收率方面方法学比较。结果显示:色谱法中吸收液浓度为30 mmoL/L、流速1.0 mL/min时和比浊法硫酸浓度在0~20μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9998,0.9993;检出限分别为0.08,0.36μg/mL;精密度分别为1.23%,0.68%,0.42%和1.63%,1.09%,0.76%;平均加标回收率分别为95.3%~103.9%和94.8%~104.3%。最终确认色谱法AS 19色谱柱、分析条件和OH-吸收液浓度。方法学比较结果显示,2种方法分析性能基本一致,因此相互配合、相互支撑。色谱法具有操作更简便、灵敏度高、检出限低和准确度高的优点,更适合于低浓度的环境样品分析,而比浊法在基层仪器配备率高、仪器操作简单,适用于大批量样品的初筛。
To establish an ion chromatography method for the determination of sulfuric acid in air by using hydroxyl system technology,and determine the concentration of absorption solution and chromatographic conditions,which is convenient for sampling and analysis.The influence of different concentrations of absorption liquid on the peak of sulfuric acid was investigated,and the chromatographic conditions and flow rate were optimized.At the same time,the linear range,detection limit,precision and recovery of standard addition were compared between ion chromatography(chromatography)and barium chloride turbidimetry(turbidimetry).The results show:There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of absorption solution in chromatography and the concentration of sulfuric acid in turbidimetric method in the range of 0-20μg/mL when the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9998 and 0.9993,respectively;The detection limits were 0.08μg/mL and 0.36μg/mL,respectively;The precision was 1.23%,0.68%,0.42%and 1.63%,1.09%,0.76%,respectively;The average recoveries were 95.3%-103.9%and 94.8%-104.3%,respectively.The chromatographic column of AS 19,analytical conditions and concentration of OH-absorption solution were finally confirmed.The results of methodological comparison show that the analytical performance of the two methods is basically the same,so they cooperate and support each other.However,the chromatographic method is more convenient,sensitive,low detection limit and high accuracy,which is more suitable for the analysis of low concentration environmental samples,while the turbidimetric method is suitable for the preliminary screening of large quantities of samples because of its high equipment rate at the grassroots level and simple operation.
