摘要
骨质疏松症作为一种常见的中老年疾病,主要表现为骨量丢失以及脆性增加而导致的骨折和其他并发症,其病理生理机制与骨量减少和骨代谢失衡等密切相关。近年来,有大量相关研究表明Notch信号通路对骨的生成和稳态起到关键作用。目前有许多相关资料证明,中医药对缓解和治疗骨质疏松症起到明显的治疗效果,同时中医药在该信号通路的相关研究也是近年来当今社会研究的重点。此文通过查阅国内外相关文献进一步了解Notch信号通路作用于骨质疏松症在不同机制下的研究进展和相关成果,总结中医药在基于Notch信号通路防治骨质疏松症的研究近况,为进一步中医药通过Notch信号通路防治骨质疏松症等疗法提供参考。
Osteoporosis,a common disease among the middle-aged and elderly,is mainly characterized by bone loss,increased brittleness,which leads to fractures and other complications.Its pathophysiological mechanisms are closely related to decreased bone mass and imbalance in bone metabolism.In recent years,a large number of related studies have shown that the Notch signaling pathway plays a crucial role in bone formation and homeostasis.Currently,a great deal of relevant information demonstrates that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a significant therapeutic effect on alleviating and treating osteoporosis.Meanwhile,research on TCM related to this signaling pathway has also been a key focus of social research in recent years.The main purpose of this paper is to further understand the research progress and related achievements of the Notch signaling pathway in osteoporosis under different mechanisms by reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literature.It also aims to summarize the recent research on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis with TCM based on the Notch signaling pathway,providing a reference for further TCM-based therapies for preventing and treating osteoporosis through the Notch signaling pathway.
