摘要
该研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和逻辑分析法,对基于OBE理念的高校体育课程教学改革现状、困境与对策进行深入探讨。结果显示,虽然超过60%的一线体育教师对OBE理念有所了解,但真正将该理念落实到高校体育课程教学中的高校不足三分之一,仍处于探索初级阶段。研究指出,当前改革面临的困境包括:教学目标反向设计执行不到位,教学内容与目标脱节;对“以学生为中心”的理解缺乏深度,教学模式创新不足;教学成果达成度评价重“量”轻“质”,忽视高阶认知技能培养;持续改进停留在口头上,缺乏实际行动。针对这些问题,该文提出以下对策:确保教学内容与教学目标精准匹配,避免“两张皮”现象;大力推行翻转课堂,全面落实以学生为中心的教学模式;更加关注学生高阶性教学成果的达成,提升教学目标定位;形成课后复盘习惯,将持续改进落到实处。通过这些措施,有望推动基于OBE理念的高校体育课程教学改革走向深入,提升教学质量。。
This study employs literature review,questionnaire surveys,and logical analysis to explore the current status,challenges,and strategies for teaching reform in college physical education(PE)courses based on the Outcomes-Based Education(OBE)philosophy.The results indicate that although over 60%of frontline PE teachers are aware of the OBE concept,less than one-third of colleges have effectively integrated this philosophy into their PE courses,suggesting that the reform is still in its infancy.The study identifies several key challenges in the current reform:the failure to properly implement reverse design based on teaching objectives,resulting in a disconnect between teaching content and goals;a superficial understanding of"student-centered"teaching,with insufficient innovation in teaching models;an overemphasis on quantity over quality in evaluating the achievement of teaching outcomes,neglecting the cultivation of higher-order cognitive skills;and a lack of concrete action on continuous improvement,which remains mostly rhetorical.To address these issues,the study proposes the following strategies:ensuring a precise match between teaching content and objectives to avoid disconnection;vigorously promoting the flipped classroom model to fully implement student-centered teaching;paying more attention to the achievement of higher-order teaching outcomes to elevate the positioning of teaching goals;and developing a habit of post-class reflection to ensure continuous improvement.These measures are expected to advance the teaching reform in college PE courses based on the OBE philosophy and enhance the quality of teaching.
