摘要
在我国“十四五”规划中,激发人才创新活力被明确为关键战略目标,而培养具备创新能力的物流人才尤为关键。针对这一需求,文中在深入分析当前高校物流专业教学改革现状的基础上,提出了基于“思创融合-专创融合-赛创融合-科教融合-产教融合”五位一体模式的物流3NN创新人才培养模式,以期为物流企业与行业的可持续发展提供有力的人才支持。
In China’s“14th Five-Year Plan”,stimulating the innovation vitality of talents is clearly defined as a key strategic goal,and cultivating logistics talents with innovation ability is especially critical.In response to this demand,the paper analyzes the current situation of teaching reform of logistics majors in colleges and universities,and puts forward a logistics 3NN innovation talent training model based on the five-in-one model of“ideology and innovation integration-specialty and innovation integration-competition and innovation integration-science and education integration-industry and education integration”with a view to providing a powerful talent support for the sustainable development of logistics enterprises and the industry.
