摘要
面对数智化转型带来的教育变革需求,现代产业学院亟须构建系统化的教师发展路径。本研究采用政策分析、案例研究与实证调查相结合的方法,聚焦江苏农牧科技职业学院的发展实践,构建“三链融合、四化并举、双元协同”教师发展体系。研究发现,现代产业学院教师应具备数字素养、跨学科协作、产教融合、教学创新、实践指导与自我发展等六项核心能力。基于能力画像的分层培养模式,可有效提升教师胜任力。此外,政策支持、数字基础设施建设和教师内在动机是转型过程中的关键驱动因素,为教师发展持续赋能并提供保障。研究为职业教育数智化转型提供了理论依据与实践参考。
Facing the educational reform demands brought about by digital and intelligent transformation,modern industrial colleges urgently need to establish a systematic path for teacher development.This research adopts a method combining policy analysis,case study and empirical investigation,focusing on the development practice of Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College,and constructs a teacher development system featuring"integration of three chains,simultaneous promotion of four modernizations and synergy of two elements".Research findings indicate that teachers in moderm industrial colleges should possess six core competencies:digital literacy,interdisciplinary collaboration,integration of industry and education,teaching innovation,practical guidance,and self-development.The hierarchical training model based on ability portraits can effectively enhance teachers'competence.In addition,policy support,digital infrastructure construction and teachers'intrinsic motivation are the key driving factors in the transformation process,providing continuous empowerment and guarantee for teachers'development.The research provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the digital and intelligent transformation of vocational education.
