从乡土中国到城乡融合:城乡关系视域下乡村教育的历史演进与发展路径 被引量:1

From Rural China to Urban Rural Integration:The Historical Evolution and Development Path of Rural Education from the Perspective of Urban Rural Relations

摘要 城乡关系是乡村教育变迁的重要背景和推动力量,考察城乡关系的变迁有利于明晰乡村教育发展的演进逻辑与发展路径。传统中国社会具有乡土中国的特征,乡村教育具有浓重的乡土性。近代以来随着我国社会的变迁,我国乡村教育经历了城乡分离下的彷徨失据、城乡分割下的超常发展、城乡破冰下的封闭探索、城乡分化下的裹挟前行和城乡统筹下的以城带乡五个阶段。当前我国城乡关系进入到城乡融合发展的新阶段,乡村教育的发展路径更多地呈现为城乡互补的特点。乡村教育要实现高质量发展,需要内外联动,一方面要进一步破除阻碍城乡教育融合发展的体制机制障碍,深入推进以城带乡发展;另一方面要顺应城镇化规律,以县城为重点,优化乡村教育布局。最后,需要培植乡村教育自信,推动乡村教育在地化特色发展。 The urban-rural relationship is an important background and driving force for the transformation of rural education.Examining the transformation of urban-rural relationship is conducive to clarifying the evolutionary logic and development path of rural education development.Traditional Chinese society has the characteristics of rural China,and rural education has a strong sense of local characteristics.Since modern times,with the changes in Chinese society,rural education in China has gone through five stages:confusion and instability under the separation of urban and rural areas,extraordinary development under the separation of urban and rural areas,closed exploration under the ice breaking of urban and rural areas,binding progress under the differentiation of urban and rural areas,and the integration of urban and rural areas with rural areas.At present,China's urbanrural relationship has entered a new stage of urban-rural integration development,and the development path of rural education is more characterized by complementary urban-rural development.To achieve high-quality development of rural education,internal and external linkage is needed.On the one hand,it is necessary to further break down the institutional and institutional barriers that hinder the integration of urban and rural education,and promote the development of urban areas with rural areas in depth;On the other hand,it is necessary to follow the laws of urbanization,focus on county towns,and optimize the layout of rural education.Finally,it is necessary to cultivate confidence in rural education and promote the localized development of rural education.
