深部煤巷高强让压型锚索箱梁支护系统参数优化分析

摘要 针对深部开采中厚顶煤巷道围岩大变形问题,文章以申南凹矿20110综采工作面为研究对象,采用数值模拟与理论计算方法,创新性地设计出适用于破碎顶板条件的锚索箱梁支护体系,并进行参数优化。现场监测数据显示,该支护系统在巷道掘进施工期间展现出优良的巷道形态保持能力,监测断面未发生明显变形;在采动影响阶段,相较于传统T型钢带及U型钢锚索梁支护形式,新型箱梁结构显现出更优的围岩协同控制性能,其累计顶底板移近量大幅降低,两帮收敛速率显著减缓,围岩整体稳定性得到提高,有效抑制了深部高应力环境下的破碎顶煤巷道结构失稳。 Based on the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock of thick top coal roadway in deep mining,this paper takes 20110 fully mechanized mining face in Shennan'ao Coal Mine as the research object,adopts numerical simulation and theoretical calculation method,innovatively designs the anchor cable box girder support system suitable for fractured roof conditions,and carries out parameter optimization.The field monitoring data show that the support system shows excellent roadway shape retention ability during roadway tunneling construction,and there is no obvious deformation in the monitoring section;in the stage of mining influence,compared with the traditional T-shaped steel belt and U-shaped steel anchor cable beam support form,the new box girder structure shows better collaborative control performance for surrounding rock,the cumulative roof-to-floor convergence is greatly reduced,the convergence rate of the two sides is significantly slowed down,and the overall stability of the surrounding rock is improved,which effectively inhibits the structural instability of the fractured top coal roadway in the deep high stress environment.
